Our Approach
We manufactured a batch of custom speaker components in ASA and PLA for a client working to a tight project deadline. The parts had challenging manufacturing requirements and needed a clean and toleranced finish suitable for use in the final assembly.
ProtoGT engineers handled material selection, print setup, slicing, production and manual finishing in house. After printing, the parts were sanded, cleaned and post processed by hand to improve the final appearance and remove layer artefacts.
The completed components were checked, packed and delivered to the client the next day, giving them a fast turnaround without compromising the finish required.
