3D Printing Processes
Our online 3D printing service turns your idea into a finished part, on demand. We print in house for prototypes and small batches, then post-process every order as standard. Need more than a loose part? Add assembly, and we can fit inserts, fasteners, or simple subassemblies.

Our 3D printing specialist reviews every upload and flags issues early, and we only edit with your permission.

Processing

Why 3D printing makes sense
Building parts layer by layer lets you move fast without tooling, and it gives you shapes that are awkward or expensive to machine. For early prototypes and small batches, it is often the quickest way to get something in your hands, test it, and iterate.

How much does it cost?
We price from your file and requirements, because a small change in material, finish, or lead time can change the job. Minimum order value is £25, VAT is shown separately, and priority lead time is a 30% uplift.
How do I get a quote and what happens next?
Upload your file and notes on the Request a quote page. We review it, then send a clear quote and invoice. Once you approve and payment is received, we start printing.
What files can i upload and what if i have multiple parts?
We accept STEP, STL, and 3MF. Zip files are fine. If your job has multiple parts, split them into separate files and upload them together. Not sure how to split it? Ask and we will tell you the simplest way.
Can i choose materials, colours, and print settings?
Yes. At launch we offer PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and PPS CF, plus FDM and SLA processes. Colours depend on stock, but you can request a specific colour and we will include it in the quote. You can also specify layer height, walls, infill pattern, infill density, and a preferred orientation, and you can upload a reference image.
What finishing is included and what extras can you do?
Every order includes standard post processing. FDM parts come with support removal and clean up. SLA parts are washed and cured. If you want more, we can add sanding, painting, and acetone smoothing for suitable materials. We can also add heat set inserts or tapped threads, just tell us the sizes you need.
How long does it take, and can you do urgent jobs?
Standard lead time is 10 working days. Priority is 7 working days with a 30% uplift. Working days only. Need it sooner? Contact us and we will tell you what is realistic.
What if something is wrong? Is my design kept confidential?
We check files before printing and inspect parts before dispatch. If a part is faulty or clearly defective, we will remake it. Tracking is included on every UK shipment. Your files are treated as confidential by default and we retain them for 30 days.
